Great location, just a short walk or hotel shuttle away from the center. Helpful staff and calm ambiance. Excellent restaurant. Bella Vista suite has amazing views.

During my recent stay at a small boutique hotel on the hill overlooking Florence, I had a truly magical experience. The hotel's old school charm and elegance instantly won me over. The main rooms and breakfast areas were absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast itself was delightful.

During my Christmas break, my stay at this hotel was absolutely lovely. The staff was very warm and welcoming, they even offered me a complimentary drink upon arrival. The location was also great, with easy access to the city center and stunning views of the surrounding area. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a wide range of options.
My room was quite small and felt a bit cramped. Additionally, I found the hotel to be a bit noisy at times, particularly when other guests were coming and going.

Incredible pool, gardens, and view! Waking up to breathtaking Florence vistas every day, enjoying breakfast on the terrace, and afternoon tea treats were delightful. Staff, especially the British receptionist and shuttle driver, made me feel exceptionally welcome. Clean, well-appointed rooms with all necessary facilities. Excellent made-to-order breakfast and a fabulous restaurant. Friendly, professional, and caring staff.

Very nice location. Not in the center but very close to it. Very good park. Very fresh air. Very good rest after sitysightsing. Pool on open air! No noise at night! Nice view on town from balcony and terrace. The breakfast excelent! Very good restorante.
